AIRPORT DROP-OFF
Perfect for return flights in the evening. We collect you and your luggage at hotel check-out, you have treatment and shower at our spa, and after that, we provide free transfer to the airport (usually 25-35min, during holidays and rush hours up to 60 minutes, so do not plan your schedule too tight). Minimum 2 people taking 2hrs treatment each, or 1 person taking 3.5hrs treatment. Please indicate your airport transfer request when booking. Take advantage of our spa restaurant if you want to have a snack. Tip: If you book a spa package with included meal we even take care of your lunch/dinner.
PICK-UP FROM HOTEL/ VILLA
We complimentary collect you and take you back to your hotel in Jimbaran (10min), Nusa Dua (10min), Tanjung Benoa (15min), Kuta (20-35min), Legian, Seminyak or Sanur (30-45min). For Legian, Seminyak and Sanur: minimum 2 people taking 2hrs treatment each, or 1 person taking 3.5hrs treatment.
NOTE: Drop-off at places other than your hotel depends on availability and is at our sole discretion, kindly consult us first, and we will try our best to meet your request.
BENOA CRUISE PORT
Free pickup & drop-back from/to Cruise Port Benoa. At Benoa harbour is a terminal where passengers of cruising ships wait for being collected by tour operators/guides etc. Our driver will approach you there with a sign in his hand. The transfer from the harbour to our spa takes 20 minutes. Minimum 2 people taking 2hrs treatment each, or 1 person taking 3.5hrs treatment.
PICK-UP FROM THE AIRPORT
Transfer to our spa and after spa treatment transfer to your hotel (Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta), provided minimum 2 people taking 2hrs treatment each or 1 person taking 3.5hrs treatment. For airport pickup procedure contact us at latest 24 hours before the appointment and await our instructions. Provide us with your flight number and optional with your mobile number, the total number of participants, treatments you want to take, and your hotel details. We’ll collect you at a meeting point close to the arrival gate, transfer to our spa takes 20-25 minutes. After treatment, we drop you off at your hotel in Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta or Legian. We do not provide transfer to your hotel first and then to our spa.
